We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team of supportive staff from September 2016, in a full time, term time only position. The responsibilities of this role include undertaking playtime and lunch supervision duties.
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant Early Years Teaching Assistant Qualifications, including GCSE Maths and English at C or above
- A proven ability to work effectively and enthusiastically both independently and as part of a team
- The experience and ability to engage successfully with Early Years children, extending them in purposeful activities and enhancing their learning
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to enforce school rules with patience and understanding
- The ability to promote the distinctive Christian values of the school
- A passion for learning and the motivation to improve – training will be given to the successful candidate.

A DBS check will be sought for the successful candidate following interviews. At interview, your motivation to work with children young people and young people with be explored.
