We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant with CAD design experience, for an established and professional family run operation in Ashford within their attractive showroom that enjoys good foot fall, and specialises in mid to luxury/high end fitted kitchens and accessories.

It’s imperative to say that industry experience is paramount, together with the hunger to succeed, plus the desire to deliver, not only in terms of customer service, but customer experience.

We are searching for a confident, articulate and well-presented individual with flair, together with a proven track record, who also has the social skills to interact with their discerning client base, fully maximising and developing any sales enquiries to their potential.

You will be communicating with a wide range of customers, but this can include often high net worth clients, so the aptitude to develop relationships with clients and impress at all levels, is of the utmost importance.

The client has an established and respected design team and supplies their products not only to the retail side of the operation, but also trade customers as well. Working within beautiful surroundings, you will work with this team, listening to the needs of your client, in order to achieve inspirational kitchen designs, safe in the knowledge they will be fitted by highly qualified tradesmen, supporting the business.

Working within a small but very successful team, that includes the Retail Sales Director, you will of course be working to achievable targets with a good basic salary available, together with an uncapped commission structure in place.
