Person Specification – KS2 Teacher

You will need to be a charismatic KS2 Teacher who has a demonstrable track record of ‘Good’ or better teaching and who is able to use your passion for education to deliver excellent lessons. The new KS2 Teacher must possess a motivated approach to learning in order to inspire you pupils within your class.

About the KS2 Teacher role

In this KS2 Teacher post, you will be teaching one of the classes within KS2 depending your own skills and experience. Day-to-day, you will be using your fun and dynamic teaching approach to keep your class entertained and achieving well. In this KS2 Teacher post, you will be flourishing under the mentorship of a designated ‘Outstanding’ teacher who will be taking an active role in your development at every stag . This KS2 Teacher position involves creating effective and engaging lessons through the use of a wide range of educational resources available in your classroom.

Found in Medway, this sociable primary school is a small, welcoming 1/2 form entry Primary School located in the heart of the Medway Towns. The school has just come out of a turbulent period, and now enjoys some excellent results thanks to the devotion of the teachers. Despite having been rated as ‘requires improvement’ a few years ago, the school are well on-track to achieve at least an Ofsted ‘Good’ rating in the next inspection.
