Information about the school
Unique opportunity to join a new school in Kent
Trinity School Sevenoaks opened in September 2013, and is already the 7th most popular secondary school (including selective schools) in the Kent and Medway local authority areas. We currently have 360 students in years 7, 8 and 9. Our popularity is based on our strong Christian ethos which is exemplified by our motto ‘Education for life in all its fullness’. The school was rated overall ‘good’ by Ofsted in 2015, and we expect to be outstanding at our next inspection.
In September 2016, we move into our brand new, purpose-built school, which has been designed to provide an outstanding, state of the art learning environment.
The vast majority of parents are delighted to have chosen Trinity for their children. Most students behave consistently in an exemplary fashion. They are polite, courteous, respectful and caring towards each other. They show real interest in their learning. Students are proud of their school. Many act as ambassadors and are able to explain clearly what their class is learning. They wear their traditional uniform well and look very smart.
We believe that every child is made in the image of God, and is uniquely precious. We therefore strive to offer a truly individualized and personal education for every child, regardless of background, starting point, or ability. Through this approach, over 90% of students make expected or better progress in KS3.
Our School and all its personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
