CHEF DE PARTIE – daytime hours – Christmas & Easter off – £22,000 –


This busy, high volume kitchen is currently seeking a talented chef to join their team.


With a brigade of 6 chefs they cater for approximately 240 covers for breakfast, 850 covers for lunch and 240 covers for supper. They prepare creative menus incorporating influences from around the globe and everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce.


Ideally they are looking for a professional chef who has previous experience within a fresh food kitchen and a real interest in cooking. As Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen and get involved in menu design, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team.


Being a boarding school they also cater for a variety of functions, dinners and speech days where they have a completely free reign to design more upmarket menus and demonstrate their creative skills to the full.


Benefits include straight shifts, no late finishes, only have to work one Saturday in three and no Sundays, two and a half weeks off at Christmas and Easter and the choice to work through the summer or not, plus you will be paid overtime for every extra hour worked.
