The Early Years Trainee Teacher Person Specification
To be considered for this exciting new Early Years Trainee Teacher role, you must be a caring recent graduate with at least a 2:1 or above, and ideally some prior experience working with young children, preferably in a Primary school setting! If you have all this and also combine both the skill and the patience to be able to train through the Premier Pathways program and instil your training in your class-based role, then you have all the ingredients to be a massive success in this program! Naturally, good organisational skills and communication skills are essential!

The Early Years Trainee Teacher Role
As an Early Years Trainee Teacher in Bexley, you will be supporting classes across the EYFS as a teaching assistant at first, giving you an easy way in to the classroom without the pressure, and from there you can gradually build your skills and confidence through the Premier Pathways program, allowing you to then start taking on groups and eventually lead Early Years classes on your own! Support the learning and development process of all pupils and progress your own skills as an Early Years Trainee Teacher by working closely with the SLT and the schools excellent SENCO!
