GATEWAY COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL: Teaching Assistant Teaching/Child Support - Part-time

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled teaching assistant to work with our friendly and dedicated staff team in KS1 or KS2.

Applications are welcomed from graduates looking for school experience prior to training for a career in teaching.

This is a term time only post for a minimum of 25 hours a week.

The successful candidate will need:

• Excellent communication skills with a good standard of written and spoken English


• Previous experience of working with children in an Early Years setting or primary school


• To be committed to achieving high standards for pupils


• A flexible, hard working disposition


• A willingness to be involved in the wider aspects of school life
