A family run restaurant with an excellent reputation for their fine cuisine. This contemporary establishment is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has built up a loyal following in the local area and beyond.

Currently they are seeking a talented and committed Head Chef who is looking to take the place forward to the next level. The emphasis here is on the use of the finest, fresh produce to create stunning, uncomplicated menus.

Alongside the restaurant they also cater for a number of outside events, parties and weddings for up to 300 covers. This is an area of the business they would like to expand on and are looking for a Head Chef who has previous experience or real interest in this side of the business too.

There is a brigade of 6-7 professional chefs who prepare everything in house and they are looking for a strong chef with a gentle character to oversee the smooth running of this first class kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu design, costings, stock control, ordering, staff training and motivation and maintaining a happy, profitable kitchen.
