HERNE BAY JUNIOR SCHOOL: Clerk to the Governors Administration - Part-time

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and effective administrator for the post of Clerk to the Governors to four schools, in the Canterbury Coastal Alliance; Consisting of two Infant schools in Whitstable and an Infant and Junior School in Herne Bay.
Please note: Should the role of clerk to a fewer number of school/s be of interest please approach the schools directly.
The successful candidate would be required to organise and attend meetings, many of which are arranged during weekday evenings. The ability to accurately record minutes using a high standard of English and highlight effective challenge through Governor discussion is essential.
Other responsibilities would include coordinating training, and policy review and providing up to date information on Governor issues responding to the needs of each school.
Closing date for applications is 11th July 2016.
The interviews will take place on 15th July 2016.
