The Boeing Company’s Northwest Region Government Security team is looking for a Industrial Security Manager to join their team. This position will manage employees performing activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation security controls. This position will also be responsible for (but not limited to):
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Provide direction, coaching and mentorship to help develop team members. The position will hard-line to The Northwest Regional Senior Manager. Scope will include NISP, SAP and SCI program security responsibility, coaching and development of employees, implementation of policies and procedures, and establishment partnerships and relationships with internal and external customers.
This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required
Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
