As a Personal Injury Claims Handler you will be responsible for your own portfolio of personal injury claims. These will be managed from start to finish. The role will involve validating claims, using your fraud and indemnity knowledge and overseeing full investigations into liability.

The claims you will be managing will involve third party personal injury, property damage, and credit hire and accidental damage.

You will often use your excellent communication skills to discuss aspects of the claims with various third parties such as policy holders, third party insurers, solicitors and police.

We are looking for candidates who have experience of handling third party Personal Injury, Credit Hire and Motor claims with some exposure to some level of litigation.

The client will also consider Fee Earners from Solicitors that have relevant experience.

In return, you will work in modern offices with a great working environment. Monday to Friday 9 – 5 + benefits such as pension and a 10% annual bonus.
