As a Customer Advisor you’ll be speaking with our UK customers, answering their queries on our products and packages. It’ll be up to you to listen, relate and identify opportunities to help our customers, making sure we keep their business as well as boosting sales and upgrades. You’ll deliver exceptional service, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied – not wanting to go anywhere else.
Ideally you’ll have two years’ experience in sales, a natural enthusiasm for customer service and confidence when speaking to customers.
