Teachers Wanted - Family Circle Too - Kent, WA

We are currently opening a new center in Kent. The position is available August 15, 2016.

These jobs require you to be able to adapt and excel in a continuously changing, fast paces environment, making the children’s needs your primary focus. You need to facilitate and nurture the development of each child’s self-esteem, trust, and growing autonomy while instilling social values. Respond quickly to children’s different and personal needs, (verbal and non-verbal cues), temperament styles, abilities, and cultures. Know, understand and carry out health plans for special diets, allergies, and medication administration. You need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of developmental milestones at the physical, mental, and psychological levels in order to timely identify any developmental delays. Document daily individual needs, strengths, interests, service plans, attendance meal counts, and daily notes for each child.

*Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds comfortably.
*Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, stoop, sit on the floor.
*Must have knowledge and experience with developmentally appropriate practice.
*Experience in a child care setting.
*Must be able to work comfortably at a fast pace.
*Early Achievers knowledge is preferable.
*You will need to maintain a clean and orderly room, sanitizing the materials daily.
*Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans weekly.
*Serve family style meals.
