My client, a leading Insurance Company, are looking for experienced User Access Analysts to join their growing team. The key responsibility of the role will be to provision User Access to key internal systems as appropriate, ensuring that staff should only receive the level of access necessary to perform their specific role effectively

Responsibilities of the role will include:
* Ensuring requests are completed within prescribed SLA’s.
* Utilising User Access Control toolset, follow agreed provisioning processes to ensure all relevant quality measures are met and controls adhered to.
* Responding to telephone and email queries relating to access provisioning.

Key Accountabilities
* Complete User Access Provisioning requests in a timely and accurate manner
* Liaise with suppliers (external system providers) to ensure SLA’s maintained and requests completed accurately
* Resolve access related queries from end users and external system providers
* Monitor UAC Remedy queue and handle issues relating to Access Provisioning
* Generate daily list of leavers and transmit to the Service Partner to ensure all accounts are removed
* Assist with project related provisioning activity as required from time to time.

Experience:
* Ability to key data quickly and accurately into a variety of systems (mainframe, web etc)
* Working in a Helpdesk / Service Desk environment, dealing with customer requests
* Exposure to Identity and Access Management
* Active Directory
