Live in - Chef de Partie - Up to £22.5k
Are you a passionate Chef de Partie, with at least 18 month previous experience in a busy gastro pub or branded restaurant? The position is for a very busy fresh food gastro pub in Edenbridge, Kent.
Salary:
Our client is offering a competitive salary of between £20,000 – £22,500 p/a based on your experience. You will receive meals on duty, 2 days off per week based on a 45hr week contract. Our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to work in a high volume kitchen. Covers increase from 200 during the week to up to 500 over the weekend. The successful Chef de Partie will have:
- Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role
- A background in a BUSY gastro pub or similar
- Great cooking ability
- An ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
- Either local to Edenbridge or live-in
