Ensuring that the invoicing goes on the system correctly and within time frames set within the company.
Issue purchase orders to colleagues, clients when work needs to be completed.
Check suppliers monthly statements
Order office supplies for other staff.
Input daily invoices into sage
Putting direct debits on the system
Collating payment runs and allocating these.
Making sure that all invoicing is correct and up to date to avoid customer complaints and queries.
Process all work to end of month deadlines.
Undertake general office duties, including filing of work records as required.
