Job Brief We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Associate to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. The best candidates will be honest, hard working and ethical self-starters who can work unsupervised and can reach goals. This is a Mobile Sales Position, driving the vehicle may be required.
Responsibilities* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Ascertain customers needs and wants
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Reach potential customers through warm/cold calling
- Actively seek out customers
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Collections
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
Job Qualifications* Self Starter- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Highly Motivated- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Basic administration skills
- High school degree
- Proficiency in English, Second language is a plus
- Subject to Drug testing and back ground check
- Good Driving Record, CDL preferred, not required
