About the service
The Ashford project is a 24 bed supported accommodation service, housing homeless young people aged 16 to 24 years.

About the role                             

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff. Your duties will involve general cleaning duties and maintaining the hygiene of our properties, communal areas and offices and ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently, economically and to a high standard.

You will, agree your working hours with the service manager once you are appointed but these can be flexible.

Please note any offer of employment is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure check through the DBS the costs of which are met by Home Group. 

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who is reliable, able to work well in a friendly and lively team setting and who will be pleasant and respectful to our clients whilst maintaining good professional boundaries.

In this role you will interact with our clients who are young vulnerable adults with a range of needs. It is therefore beneficial that you have the confidence to engage with this unique client group.
