My client primary school based in Bexley are now recruiting for intelligent graduates who are seeking a long term career in primary teaching. This school is one of the top London schools and was rated ‘Good’ on their latest OFSTED report! With fantastic facilities and an excellent programme, any graduate coming in will receive the right training and skills needed as a teaching assistant to progress further on the road to becoming a teacher!

During your placement you will receive invaluable in class experience by supporting the teacher in setting up classrooms, assisting pupils with their work and also engaging in extracurricular activities such as after school tuition.

The graduate will receive ongoing training to excel in the role leading to a teacher role in the future. Therefore this would be an ideal position for any graduate seeking experience as a teaching assistant in a classroom environment and has a passion for teaching young children.

The school have a great relationship for the community and are excelling in their results every year. Therefore, the successful graduate will be someone who is highly motivated, driven and has the ambition to have a long term career in education.

The school are also offering a Teach First programme once the graduate comes to the end of the academic year in order to improve their skills and receive the training needed to become a future teacher. However, it is optional as you will still receive full support and training during your placement which will be great experience in going on to completing a PGCE.

As previously mentioned the school is based in Bexley and has great transport links in and out of London. After a long week you can enjoy all that London has to offer whether it is theatres, bars, restaurants or a trip down to the local pub.
