Our modern kitchens are out in the open. so the food’s on display. and you will be too – cooking right in front of our guests. you’ll learn everything there is to know about being a chef. ingredients. cooking techniques. health & safety. everything except how to use a microwave!

We’ll start you on a career path that could see you becoming a head chef in your own kitchen. after 12 months, you’ll qualify with a nationally recognised level 2 chef qualification that’ll ensure you secure a brilliant career. and we’ll treat you like one of the team from day one – so you’ll be paid £7.75 per hour – way above the standard apprentice rate! we’ll even give you a brand new smart tablet to do your work on, which you can keep after graduation
