Excel Administrator
Are you a whiz on Excel and enjoy using formulas? Do you love providing administrative support to Account Managers? If so we have an ideal role for you!
Our client would like to recruit an Excel Administrators to work as part of a busy team of 7.
For this role you will need to be a highly professional self-starter, used to working within a fast-paced environment where the delivery of excellence in service is paramount. Pro-active and strongly self-motivated, you will be highly IT literate; customer-focused; commercially astute and confident in your approach with both internal and external partners alike.
You will be responsible for your own portfolio of exciting customers (which we can discuss with you) and your responsibilities will be to:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships, at head office level, with your Portfolio of Customers
* Attend Customer and Business meetings/calls
* Be a primary point of contact on Customer and Business queries and issues
* Engage with your Account Managers through regular meetings to discuss actions and activities in support of both Business and Customer
* Work pro-actively to improve and enhance the Customer Experience
* Produce and deliver regular and ad-hoc Sales, Product, Pricing and Delivery reports
* Maintain Approved Buying Lists (ABLs) and Discounts
* Update Promotional Pricing activity
* Action Credit Rebates
* Issue regular Price Reviews and maintain Customer pricing
* Continually analyse pricing data to recommend margin improvements
* Co-ordinate onboarding of New Customers
* Order and organise Sales and Promotional Samples
Experience required for this role:
* Highly proficient use of MS Office – in particular Excel
* Working in a fast moving, pressurised team environment
* Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills
* The ability to prioritise workloads and work well under pressure
* Working within, and contributing to, a highly dedicated team
* Experience of working with Database systems
* Commercial awareness
* You should also be willing to learn
