One of my client Secondary Schools in Kent is looking for ambitious, enthusiastic, confident and driven graduates to fill their 3 Graduate Teaching Assistant roles from September.


The post as a Graduate Teaching Assistant will consist of in-class support to the Class Teacher, the majority of your time will be assisting students who may have some form of Special Needs, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and even ADHD; however for a small proportion of your timetable you will also assist those who are Gifted & Talented.


The SENCO has expressed that throughout the year she would like to try and get you in the Department of your chosen Degree subject to see what it might be like once you qualify as a Teacher. For the right Graduate Teaching Assistant, this post is a challenge but could be a successful one. It will give you the perfect opportunity to build up varied experiences to put towards your PGCE/School Direct application in 2017.
