We are currently recruiting a Customer Service role for our market leading client based in the Sevenoaks area.

The role will encompass dealing with inbound calls, providing helpdesk style support to the business customer base. This will focus on resolving queries, providing solutions and offering additional products where required.

The business offers a high end, prestigious level of service, hence requires candidates with exceptional customer service skills along with an ability to identify where further revenue can be generated, therefore candidates with a level of sales experience would be highly desirable

The opportunity requires no outbound sales calling with the main objective being providing customer support and identifying sales opportunities when required
