We are looking to recruit for a Yr 3 maternity cover starting 31st October 2016. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, hard working and friendly team player to our committed and supportive KS2 team. We are a good school, with a positive and supportive ethos. Children say they are happy to come to school and enjoy working with staff who are fair, help them know how they can improve their work, and make learning fun.
You will be child centred and creative with high expectations for all learners. If you would like to work with our polite, motivated and well behaved children, in a well resourced school we would like to hear from you.
Teachers, including both NQTs and experienced, who have a proven record of consistent high quality practice are welcome to apply for this maternity cover. We are a supportive team with effective induction for all new members of staff.

Situated to the North of Maidstone Sandling is a popular, high achieving and over subscribed 2 form entry primary school. It has a well established roll of 420 children. The school has many facilities including a library, computing suite and extensive grounds with a wildlife area. The Eco Council are very proud of their achievement of the Green flag. Governors and parents are supportive and children are motivated and enthusiastic. With easy access from the M20 and being situated less than 3 miles from Maidstone centre the school is easily accessible by road.
