My client a modern legal practice are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer for a contracted position. Situated in the Medway area. If you are an experienced
Key Tasks
-Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firms quality and management procedures.
-Ensure proper control of work in progress, billing and cash collection.
-Drafting letters and legal documents
-Checking title documents to properties
-Liaising directly with other parties with enquiries
-Undertaking searches with Local Authority, Land Registry etc
-Drawing up completion statements
-Agreeing dates with all parties and exchanging contracts
-Submitting stamp duty forms
-Exercising high standards of client care
-Ensuring confidentiality of practice and client documentation and information
Personal Specification
-Ability to work under pressure
-Meeting deadlines
-Accuracy
-Able to work using your own initiative and make decisions
-Smart well presented
-Exemplary attendance record
-Available immediately
-At least 2 years experience of Residential Conveyancing experience
