The Trainee Teacher Role
As a Trainee Teacher at this positive school, you will be working across Key Stage 2, learning your trade as a Teaching Assistant in a no-pressure environment as you take on the training from the University of Buckingham! Work alongside the SLT and learn new skills from a dedicated teaching team within KS2. As a Trainee Teacher you will be expected to engage students directly with the goal of building relationships and aiding learning and attainment!
