A new opportunity has become available for three Multi Trade Operatives to join a successful social housing organisation. The working hours will vary between 8:00 – 18:00 with a one hour break, working 40 hours a week. They are looking for someone to start immediately.

You will need to have skills in various trades such as plumbing, repairing, tiling and plastering. You’ll be working within a team of 10-15 members and will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades (no painting / decorating).

For this role you must have a valid UK driving licence and relevant qualification. You will need to have your own working boots initially and supply their own hand tools. A van will be provided along with power tools.

You should match the following criteria:

* Relevant multi trade qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3)
* Expertise in multiple trades
* Proven experience within social housing/ domestic/ local authorities
* Supply own hand tools
* Valid UK driving licence
