Our client located in Kent is a larger than average primary school averaging over 500 pupils per academic year. It has recently matched and now exceeds many local and national averages at the end of both KS1 & KS2. This primary school resonates an ethos and motto of ‘inclusive to exclusive’


This is a primary school that is in a central part of the local community in Gillinham, with large grounds and an excellent outdoor learning environment. Pupils are well behaved and eager to learn which makes it a wonderful place to work.


This primary school is extremely unique as it also provides a highly inclusive learning environment for pupils with complex and physical needs and hearing impaired needs.


To build on its achievements, this primary school is now seeking teachers for September 2016 who will be committed to the schools motto and to the best learning experience and outcomes for pupils as they journey to excellence.


These posts can be filled by NQTs or teachers early on in their primary school teaching career.


Teaching Roles:


You should be highly enthusiastic and motivated and willing to build upon your skills and knowledge through continuous professional development (CPD) as well as delivering well prepared and planned lessons that involve a range or enjoyable teaching methods that all pupils can benefit from no matter of their skills and abilities.


You will be required to:
– Ensure the highest quality teaching and learning experience for the pupils that you teach.
– Work collaboratively with staff throughout the year to develop your practice and to innovate in the classroom.
– Place a high focus on helping children learn how to learn and become resilient, independent learners.
