Infinity Dental are actively seeking either an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager or a Dental professional who is looking to make a career change into recruitment. The role will be to take on an existing Dental locum desk.

You must either have experience within the dental industry or have Recruitment experience within any sector or strong Account Management skills.

You will taking on a well-established Locum desk, so you must have strong customer services skills, attention to detail, computer literate, extremely organised, articulate both written and verbally, strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality and you will need a sense of humour.
We offer individual ongoing training and continuous support and guidance throughout your career.

The role will cover all aspects of the recruitment process from qualifying candidates, writing job adverts, dealing with our internal accounts, organising interviews, meeting and liaising with clients. This role will include a lot of telephone work, but no cold calling.
