Job Title: Telesales Agent (Energy Advisor)
Salary: £14k Basic- OTE circa £21K
Location: Sutton Valence area of Maidstone (ME17)

Our client helps hundreds of households save money on their utility bills every day.They currently have fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic, motivated Telesales Agents (multiple roles available) to join their Call Centre operation.
As the Telesales Agent you’ll enjoy a salaried role, where full training and support is given so you can confidently hit the phones and close business in a single call. For every sale, they also offer an extremely generous commission structure so you can quickly start to earn.

After training you’ll receive on the job support and development through an NVQ2 apprenticeship programme, gaining a qualification in customer service. This comprehensive training package equips you with the variety of information, knowledge and skills you’ll need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities of our Telesales Agent:
*Helping customers save money by helping the assess energy costs and tariffs and supporting them through the switching process.
*Ensuring quality and compliance standards during the switching process
*Meeting and exceeding operational sales targets consistently
*Demonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand values
*Using Call Centre systems effectively
*Be willing to carryout ad-hoc duties as requested by the line manager

To be considered for the Telesales Agent you will:
*Have some sales experience or have bags of enthusiasm and be willing to learn
*Be committed, professional, reliable, target driven and ambitious.
*Be competent and confident in verbal and written communication skills (fluent English).
*Have good maths skills and be IT literate.
*Have a can do attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service to customers.
*Understand the importance of compliance in the telesales environment.
*Be enthusiastic about sales and a team player.
*Be able to communicate with clients to explain technical information clearly.
