£40,000 Basic + £20,000 commission + Benefits)

Location: Newbury, Reading West, Theale, Abingdon, Basingstoke catchment area

This is an opportunity for a real Sales Man-Manager.

Our client is seeking a coach, trainer, mentor, authority figure and someone who is simply accustomed to achieving results through people.

Our client wants a track record of achievement particularly with internally based sales staff, although the capacity to oversee face to face business is important. The key feature is developing and inspiring an internally based sales team.

You will be a natural leader, someone who understands the systems and protocols associated with making sales people succesful and familiar with the niceties of recruitment and turning potential into results

You will be

*An experienced sales man-manager ideally with a strong background in IT sales, IT Distribution or a sales and marketing agency serving the hi-tech sector

*a natural leader, charismatic and setting an inspirational example

*Someone who takes responsibility for your targets and people.
