We are currently recruiting for an MIS Analyst at our head office in Ashford, Kent on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Role Purpose Statement
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
– Establish & implement Supply Chain insight reporting solutions in conjunction to the department and wider Supply Chain.
– Develop & improve reporting on KPI measures on behalf of the department, in line with business goals and objectives.
– Maintain SCM reporting data credibility and reporting accuracy to a very high level
– Present & train out newly developed or improved reporting suites
– Provide training & support to the department
– Ensure best practice is in place for data analysis across the department
– Produce & recommend new report suites to provide insight & route cause analysis to the wider supply chain departments.
– Undertaking analytical and project management activities
– Drive process changes and efficiencies through reporting enhancements.
– Support and develop improved analytical tools e.g. Microsoft 365, SAP Hana.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience
– 3 years Minimum Supply Chain experience within a blue chip FMCG environment.
– Graduate calibre, preferably degree level
– Logical but creative thinker.
– Understanding of lean principles or other continuous improvement methodology essential. Six sigma Yellow or Green Belt would be advantageous
– Excellent people management skills
– First class project management skills
– Advanced level of MS Office applications especially Excel & Access
– VBA and SQL knowledge desirable
– High level of Business Warehouse experience
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Outstanding attention to detail
– Ability to implement changes across business processes & reporting
