Administrator Excel & Reports




This is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join a well-established company within the FMCG sector, for a fixed term 12-month contract within West Malling.

You will facilitate the smooth running of project documentation through the project review (gate) process and assist in the creation of Management Information relating to NPD projects, providing training/support, as required, within a high energy, successful team, who love what they do and constantly strive for perfection.


Role:
*Administration, data input, answering the telephone
*Generation of management reports via Excel
*Dealing with queries and problem-solving
*Type up documents, for example letters and reports
*Use office equipment


Key responsibilities:
*Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Have an eagerness to learn, challenge and recommend alternative ways of working
*Be an excellent multi-tasker and planner, with an exceptional eye for detail
*Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed.
*Friendly telephone manner
*An organised approach and excellent time management skills
*Be a competent user of Excel with proven analytical skills
*Computer literacy and good IT skills
*A good level of English spelling and grammar
*Good numeracy skills
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*The drive and ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals and optimise the contribution of all members of the team.
