Salary: c£23k basic salary + OTE c£60k + excellent company benefits

Who is looking and Why?

Small but well-formed Marketing recruitment consultancy in Surrey are looking for a Home Based Recruiter to cover the Kent market, hence the location. What can I tell you about them? Well they are the type of business, where it’s all about the long game, so building relationships and having a consultative approach to recruitment or even a business partner approach.

What will you be doing?

This is a complete 360 role and working in a location which has not been covered before, so a real challenge for a recruiter, however they do have clients they work with in London and Surrey, who then have offices in Kent.. This role is home based 3 days a week and for the other 2 you will have to travel to the surrey office..

What can you bring?

Ideally you will already be a recruitment consultant in the marketing sector; however they are willing to look at people who don’t do recruitment but specialise in marketing and fancy a complete change.
