:: As an PROPERTY INVESTMENT CONSULTANT your duties would include ::

The role of Property Investment Consultant will be to work closely with both new and existing property investors to help them achieve their financial objectives, securing new business and managing existing connections.

To Ideally fill the role of Property Investment Consultant you will need to be a “people-person” and to possess the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.

The role of Property Investment Consultant is an exciting prospect for an individual who wishes to develop within the property sector. The business is stable and has an extensive infrastructure of investors and property developers. The ability to help grow the business and have responsibility as part of a team is an attitude that the managers and directors promote. Additionally there is a lucrative commission structure, a professional Cheshire based location and the opportunity to learn from experienced property investors. 

:: Skills and Experience ::

• Must have at least ONE estate agency experience


• Past experience in property management, sales, lettings, investment and new homes sales would be an advantage.


• Individuals should also have an understanding of the UK residential buy to let market.

:: This role would ideally suit ::

Sale Negotiators, Assistant Sale Manager or existing Sale Managers.

:: Locations ::

The ideal candidate is to live within 20min drive of Sale, Greater Manchester (Relocation would be considered for the right candidate)

:: Salary  :: 

Basic £18,000 to £20,000 with an OTE of £40,000
