A leading and highly respected Financial Services organisation is current seeking Associate to work in their UK Re-Registrations and Transfers division on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.

This part of the business supports is responsible for specific processing elements relating to the consolidation of client holdings and processing of instructions where clients are moving holdings away. This is achieved either through Re-Registration, where units are moved, or by Transfer where cash is moved between providers.

As one of the Associates in this area, you will be responsible for supporting the team in processing re-registration requests to ensure that clients receive an industry-leading level of service during the re-registration process. This will involve working with the teams, both in the UK and India, as well as with external counterparties to ensure that re-registrations are completed without issue and as quickly as possible.

Additionally, the role involves supporting the identification and delivery of process enhancements to ensure that we continue to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Whist some financial services experience is advantageous, it is not essential as full product training is provided.

What is essential is that you are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure, together with possesses proven organisational and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and articulately and with a confident and enthusiastic manner on the phone
