A job has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for large civil contractor based in Kent, due to a current employee looking to continue with educational opportunity, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work in their West Kent location.

The company have been trading for over 40 years and have established themselves as a leading civils contractor in South East of England, working in partnership with the larger main contractors. The projects range from 500k up to but not limited to £3 million, with each project being assigned to a project manager. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will form part of the commercial team and managing 4 or 5 projects and any one time.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working on current and post tender projects mainly within commercial sector, working on ground works, drainage, soil remediation, stabilisation and utilities packages.

In order to succeed in this role you will need to have proven experience within the civils sector, you will also need to have experience of NEC3 and JCT forms of contracts and be happy to work within the Kent and South East region.

In return as the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you can expect a salary of up to £75k, along with a company car/allowance laptop, phone, private healthcare and other benefits.
