Radius Recruitment is a dynamic, start-up Technology recruitment agency formed by directors with a combined 20 years’ recruitment experience within the Technology sector. With a strong focus on Managed Services, Datacentre and Cloud Services sector and an extensive client base built over many years, we have a solid platform to grow and establish additional niche technology divisions.
Working out of our offices in Sidcup you will join a small team and Director who are hands-on consultants, pride themselves in what they do and have fun doing it. We have big plans for expansion and approach every day with the same drive and determination to succeed as the last.
Job Description
To support our expansion plans, we are currently looking to hire experienced 360 degree recruitment consultants with a good track record of success within their current industry sector, ideally IT/Digital.
As a 360 degree recruitment consultant you will head up an exciting technology division for Radius. You should be prepared to eventually grow, mentor and develop your own team of consultants and resourcers. You should also be prepared to assist in the overall growth and development of the company.
We expect our consultants to be able to maintain and develop their client base as well as developing new business for themselves and the company. You will recruit for both permanent and contract staff within your vertical specialist market.
We work in a meritocratic environment and you will be responsible for your own success. Consultants who perform can expect to be given the opportunity to grow their team quickly with support from the Directors.
Experience and Skills Needed
At least 1-2 years 360 degree recruitment experience
Proven success in winning and developing new business
Experience of recruiting for technical IT or Engineering staff
A master of Boolean search across Job Boards and LinkedIn
Proactive, a problem solver and self-motivating
Some experience of hands-on team leading would be beneficial
