The Venue
We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie to work in a fantastic venue, which offers a range of cuisine styles and clientele. Whilst providing the successful candidate with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Our client is looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join their existing brigade of 12 chefs. You will be required to maintain the establishments high standard of world-class cuisine.
The successful candidate would come from a rosette background or fine dining establishment. Ideally, with experience in functions and banqueting within a 4/5 star hotel. The establishment is fast paced and has a high turnover and whilst demanding would prove highly rewarding to the right candidate.
The successful Chef de Partie applicant must be passionate to learn about classic British cuisine cooked at Michelin star standards and fulfil the below requirements:
The ideal Chef de Partie;
• You must be working to at Commis or Demi Chef de Partie level within a 1 AA Rosette establishment or more
• Good knife skills all round
• Hard working and a good team worker
• Reliable and use of own initiative
• Driven to learn and develop your culinary career
• Able to provide good references
• Eligible to live and work in the UK with no restrictions
Working 5 straight shifts per week, and always have two full days off. Due to the size of the team it is very rare that Chefs work more than 45 hours per week. Paid overtime if required
