Learning and Performance Co-ordinator
We are working alongside a well established and prominent company in the Dover area who are expanding their HR department.
Main duties will include:
*Working with the relevant business units to design and deliver training, learning and development initiatives using a range of appropriate delivery methods.
*Ensuring all training and competencies are up-to-date and qualifications and skills recorded.
*Facilitating the day-to-day running of all training and development programmes.
*Managing the relationships with training providers (internal and external).
*Track and report on training and learning outcomes, providing feedback to the Human Resources Manager.
*Regularly evaluating course feedback and training methods.
*Co-ordinate the recruitment of apprentices and trainees and monitor progress on a regular basis.
*Co-ordinate and manage the employee induction programme.
*Ensure the effective placement/work experience programme, including identifying placements.
* Maintaining up-to-date risk assessments and providing support to students during their placements.
*Maintain and produce management and departmental KPIs.
*Support the organisation with the delivery of excellent customer services both internally and externally.
You must have CIPD or equivalent qualification, be highly PC literate with strong communication and organisational skills.
