Pet Insurance Claims Handler/Assessor
We are currently recruiting for a further Pet Insurance Claims Handler/Assessor on behalf of a large corporate organisation located on prestigious Kings Hill.
Although on the job training and support will be provided, applicants MUST HAVE an element of previous experience in either:
PET INSURANCE CLAIMS OR VETERINARY NURSING (qualified or unqualified) with a desire to move into a role of this nature.
You will be handling incoming calls relating to Pet Insurance claims, gathering any necessary information required in an efficient and timely manner, updating the system records to accurately and clearly reflect the claim journey and keeping the customer informed at all times, in accordance with the principals of Treating Customers Fairly (or basically, as you would wish to be treated).

The ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Respect for business and customer confidentiality
Organised and methodical
Previous experience gained within a friendly contact centre setting could be helpful
The ability to deliver in terms of exceptional levels of customer service
Applicants must be educated to a minimum GCSE standard or equivalent.
