Helpdesk Operators Required.

£8.50-£9.50 per hour

Do you have strong time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks according to their urgency?

Our client, a leading maintenance services provider in Kent, is currently looking for Helpdesk Operators to join their growing team.

Based in Maidstone, this is initially a full time 3-month temporary position paying £8.50-£9.50 per hour.

If successful, your day to day responsibilities will include:

* Handling incoming calls from clients reporting maintenance issues.
* Dispatching maintenance operatives.
* Coordinating call outs.
* Escalating complaints to senior members of the team.
* Accurately tracking progress of jobs on booking system.
* Making outbound calls to ensure clients are kept informed on the progress of reported issues.
* General administrative duties.
