Person Specification
*Polished, corporate & ambitious
*Educated to degree or A level, preferably Associate CIPD
*Previous experience as an HR/Training Assistant
*Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment
*Good attention to detail
*High standards of numeracy and literacy
*Displays an organized and methodical approach
*Good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
*Experience of liaising with the Chartered Institute’s in respect of professional qualifications, membership and examinations
