As a Lettings Negotiator you will have some previous lettings and/or estate agency experience but even with extensive past experience you can be assured of the necessary training and development in becoming a successful negotiator within my clients organisation.

Your main focus of energies will be offering the customer a superior rapport building service which retains their business and wins their recommendations. Alongside some daily management of registering applicants, the matching, booking and attending of viewings you generate, negotiating the rental terms between both parties and seeing it through to ‘movein’ with the assistance of colleagues in the co-ordination process, you will be targeted on generating new business and rewarded accordingly and therefore your skills at client engagement and rapport building are essential for success.

In return, you will recieve the following:

• Basic salary of upto £18,000


• On target earnings of £25,000


• A company car or car allowance
