My Client, a company with an enviable position in their market sector, is looking to recruit an HSE Advisor- NEBOSH qualified, to provide assistance, advice and guidance of Safety and Environmental issues to all departments throughout their organisation.

The Role: HSE Advisor

Assist with the development and implementation of safety policy
Assist with identifying training needs and delivering safety training to staff
Carry out accident investigations, audits and on-site inspections of premises
Assist with maintaining ISO14001 Certification
Develop and execute internal audits on; – Risk Assessment, machinery safety, lock off procedures, training evaluation
Monitor the Ergonomic and Manual Handling Assessment Programme
Maintain COSHH assessment and associated programmes
Carry out internal exposure monitoring – Dust, Noise, HAV, Lighting
Analyse incident data and its development using TQ tools
Ensure H&S rules are adhered to according to H&S policy, and are compatible with GMP/QA

Skills / Qualifications / Experience: HSE Advisor

NEBOSH National General Certificate min.
Experience of working within an FMCG environment
Manufacturing experience
Bring new ideas and approaches and share new ideas and best practice
Pro-active attitude
Team Player
