An excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full responsibility for warehouse operations at this multi-client third party logistics site. You will be looking for the opportunity to take ownership of this warehouse, covering operations and developing relationships with existing and new clients.

This is an established warehouse, but will offer the right leader the opportunity to develop and lead the team, develop and grow the client base and improve the existing processes to further increase operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review and manage warehouse performance targets.


• Develop existing client relationships and look for opportunities to take to the next level.


• Ensure the warehouse is managed in an effective manner and operates in line with company standards.


• Recruit, lead and develop your logistics team to maximise performance.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Already operating as a Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager or Logistics Manager, looking to develop and take on further responsibility.


• You will be a Warehouse Manager with experience working in a 3PL environment.


• Able to recruit, develop, lead and mentor a team of 50-100 Warehouse Staff.


• Significant experience of operating and implementing WMS and other Warehouse Technology.


• Able to create and enhance a continuous improvement environment.
