AXA PPP healthcare has a rare opportunity for two dynamic and experienced individuals to join our reshaped team looking after our 3rd party IT partner engagement, driving excellent service and value for money.

We are on a journey to support our business as we move towards an ever developing digital and social world. To support this we will need to develop new relationships and partnerships with third parties which will offer innovative technical solutions to our members in a fast moving and ever changing climate.

This role is based in Tunbridge Wells and reports to our Manager of IT Partner Engagement and Services. As part of the role regular travel to partners’ sites will be expected as you develop and maintain partner relationships.

What you will be doing

You will:

• Draw on existing IT contract management experience using your superb negotiating and influencing skills with third parties – driving innovation at a strategic level, so that our partners deliver commercial value to our business


• Bring efficiencies to new/existing relationships, exploring additional value initiatives and above the base contract deliverables


• Drive value for money contracting to enhance and deliver cost savings


• Be proactive and confident with expertise to act as a trusted advisor to our diverse stakeholder community, with an ability to question/challenge opinions, bringing alternative suggestions to the ‘table’


• Have a balanced risk based approach delivering focus in the right areas so the team operates within AXA’s policy and FCA regulations
