How often do you have an opportunity to be on a team that is tasked with solving a huge business problem through innovative technology? In this role, you will join on a team in the early stages that will solve operational challenges. As an Operations Associate, you will work behind the scenes to perform queue-based operational work that help solve a specific set of customer problems. You will use newly created tools in order to enable an exceptional customer experience. You will help us build the best possible customer experience and efficient associate tools by providing input into new features and prototypes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and maintain sharp focus for extended periods of time. S/he will enjoy working on a team, but also thrive working independently in a queue.
