My client SENCO is hoping for a versatile graduate who has worked with children in either a volunteer or paid role and has an upper second class degree at the very least. The new Primary School Teaching Assistant will be eager to show you have the qualities and attributes required to one day be an outstanding teacher. You will arrive with an inspirational aura and a willingness to accept further responsibility.


About the Primary School Teaching Assistant role


In this Primary School Teaching Assistant post you will be assigned to a particular class when it becomes apparent which class would suit your skills best. The new Primary School Teaching Assistant will be working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups and receiving support and guidance from the Special Educational Needs Coordinator. The school run various after school clubs in sporting, academic and creative areas and you will have the enviable chance to help plan their activities.
