Your new role
As Site manager you will be working on a large scheme in Maidstone, specifically responsible for a new phase of 12 Traditional build apartments and 20 houses, all traditional build. You will be reporting to a site based project manager and be one of 3 site managers each looking after different parts of the site. With a build programme of over 2 years you will be in Maidstone for the duration after which time further works in the North or central Kent re are guaranteed. As sm you will be responsible for short term programming, quality control, sub contract management, H&S and fortnightly reporting/progress meetings.

What you’ll need to succeed
Clear experience of managing with a volume housebuilder, valid 1st aid, CSCS and SMSTS tickets plus a desire to work in the Kent on a long term basis.
